To see hidden files in Ubuntu press the ctrl + h keys. icons folder is not present on your system (it isn’t included in Ubuntu by default) go ahead and create it, just remember to use lowercase letters for ‘icons’ and include the preceding. Then you can install them by moving or copying the relevant folder for the cursor theme (note: the correct folder will contain several files inside, including one called cursor.theme) to the (hidden). Right-click on these in Ubuntu’s file manager and choose “Extract Here” to ‘unpack’ them.
